Through this policy, certain employees can work according to a schedule of four days per week or nine days every two weeks.

Besides statutory holidays and vacation leave, SITQ offers paid leave for specific life events, such as a birth, a wedding, moving and family obligations.

Several day-care centers are available on-site to parents of young children.
Practical steps towards a healthy organization One of SITQ’s priorities is ensuring the physical and mental wellbeing of its employees. As such, we roll out and support various initiatives to promote your health through a program that includes physical activity, nutrition, stress management and prevention. Furthermore, the company’s head office features its own fitness center.
The Employee Assistance Program: getting through difficult times The EAP is an external consultation service for our employees and their immediate family to help them settle issues affecting their professional and personal lives. Through this service, our personnel has access to a large pool of experienced resources, such as a social worker, a psychologist, an accountants, an attorney and a guidance counselor. Participation in this program is entirely free, voluntary and confidential.
