Refunding school fees and professional dues
SITQ encourages its employees to continually hone their skills in the fields and subjects relevant to the company’s activities, as well as pursue their education to obtain recognized professional titles. As such, the company refunds all course fees incurred by its employees. In some cases, the company also refunds membership dues for professional associations and orders.
Considerable training investments
Each year, besides refunding course fees, SITQ invests a percentage of its total payroll in employee training representing more than double the legal requirement.
