Organizational changes at SITQ

SITQ’s continuous evolution in recent years, combined with the geographic diversity of the company’s portfolio and markets, are the reasons for the organizational changes announced by SITQ President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Campbell. The changes will serve to decentralize SITQ’s operations and improve the company’s representation in markets in which it holds a significant concentration of assets.

Jean-Louis Dubé appointed Senior Vice-President, Quebec

Jean-Louis Dubé, formerly Senior Vice-President, Asset Management, is appointed Senior Vice-President for Quebec. Mr. Dubé will be in charge of all activities related to asset management, investments and real estate management, including marketing, accounting, legal affairs and analysis. His new responsibilities also include activities related to acquisitions, dispositions and development in his region, in collaboration with SITQ’s internal departments.

Mr. Dubé will be able to count on the support of the real estate management team, and also the expertise of André Girard, Vice-President, Asset Management and Investments for Quebec, and Guy Brault, Vice-President, Leasing. Their offices are located at Place Ville Marie.
