Ogilvy Renault finalizes an agreement with SITQ to relocate its offices in Montréal to Place Ville Marie in 2009
Ogilvy Renault announced today that it has signed a lease with SITQ and will be relocating its offices in Montréal to
1 Place Ville Marie as of July 1, 2009.
For Ogilvy Renault, currently located at 1981 McGill College Avenue, another SITQ property, the considerable growth the firm has experienced in recent years has resulted in the need to consolidate its offices in a single block of space in a building that is in the core of Montréal’s business district. In that spirit, and with the support of SITQ, the firm has just concluded an agreement to lease premises that will be completely tailored to its needs and will occupy five floors at 1 Place Ville Marie (PVM), effective July 1, 2009.
Pierre Bienvenu, Managing Partner of the firm and Chair of its Executive Committee, explains that “the Montréal office move is part of a process we initiated in 2004 with the aim of ensuring that all of our offices are located in modern premises that include space dedicated entirely to clients, as is the case for our offices in Québec, Ottawa and Toronto. SITQ played a collaborative role in allowing us to realize this objective for our Montréal office.”
