Centre CDP Capital receives the prestigious Office Building of the Year (TOBY) award from BOMA Canada
Montréal, September 20, 2007 - At a ceremony held in Toronto yesterday evening, the Centre CDP Capital, a Montréal building owned by SITQ, was awarded the prestigious Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Canada (BOMA Canada), in the 500,000 - 1 Million Square Feet category. This award salutes the stars of the commercial real estate industry and recognizes excellence in property management, operations, resource conservation, environmental awareness, leasing, building design, customer service and innovation. The Office Building of the Year title is the most prestigious honour in the commercial real estate industry in North America.
This award speaks to SITQ’s commitment to remain at the forefront of all of the facets of the property’s operations, including our excellent customer service, our proactive approach to management, our environmental and energy management programs and the overall quality of the building, said Dany Gauthier, Property Manager, Centre CDP Capital. We have an outstanding team at the Centre CDP Capital working every day to meet the highest standards and are very proud to see these efforts rewarded.
With this award, the Centre CDP Capital becomes a finalist for the BOMA International competition, which will be held in Denver, Colorado, in 2008.
