This cruciform tower is one of the most famous buildings in Montreal. Its originality is undoubtedly due to the fact that its architect, Henry N. Cobb, was working under the supervision of Ieoh Ming Pei, creator – among other buildings – of the famous pyramid at the Louvre and of the JF Kennedy Library, in Boston. The tower’s unusual form was chosen to maximize natural lighting in the 3,500 square metres per floor. The 41-storey building, which offers no fewer than eight corner offices per floor, has sophisticated, high-quality features that meet the requirements of a workplace focused on efficiency and productivity.
Place Ville Marie is very well located, positioned as it is in the centre of Montreal’s business area. Via Montreal’s sprawling underground pedestrian network — which originated with Place Ville Marie — tenants can access two metro stations, two train stations and a bus terminal.
A centre of business and retail, Place Ville Marie offers a stimulating environment for any modern company that seeks prestige, comfort and efficiency.
